All wholesale powertrain units and mechanical assemblies are supplied under strict commercial warranty terms. Core returns must match OEM specifications, be drained of fluids, and arrive at our Columbus facility within thirty days of invoice date to qualify for credit. Freight shipments require immediate bill-of-lading inspection for transit damages before unloading.

Transactions are bound by Ohio commercial law with venue exclusively in Franklin County. Commercial buyers acknowledge that dismantling salvage units involves standardized grading tolerances. Master supply agreements supersede verbal purchase orders in all matters of dispute resolution.
